Note: The company explicitly retains the authority to accept or decline any project and to terminate contracts as warranted. In the context of application development packages, where the initial Logo & Workflow with user stories has been shared, refunds are categorically precluded. Subsequent to a refund or dispute resolution, the client expressly relinquishes all rights to employ the designs for any purpose, as they vest exclusively with the company.
